What's so awful is that false allegations of this nature can destroy lives from the moment it's alleged. And worse, it detracts from the real victim ls of SA / DV. And what's concerning the most is that there appears to be consistent bias by the police, even where evidence refutes the allegations.

This has not long happened to my boyfriend he was with someone 5 years ago and about 3-4 weeks ago she told police he graped her and put his hands on her while she was early pregnant and then apparently about a week later she was heavily pregnant about 8 months. He got a call today saying there's no further action I've been with him for 4 years in January he has never laid a hand on me and we have two children but the worse thing is she's tried to break us up before and tried to get with him when we split up for a little bit
