I’d guess you also see all the dust and dirt that’s probably on that top shelf and also on top of everyone’s fridge. I’m 5’2 and don’t think there’s much that’s special about that except maybe being able to hide behind stuff more easily.

not height related but I care for a disabled person and I now see how inaccessible so many things are. i dont see it all cos im not disabled myself but until I cared for someone it just didn't occur to me to see the world that way.

Well the good part of being short is that you can hide in small places like for example under the bed or under the sink stuff like that.
