@foxnews: How does one California voter end up with two ballots? @matt.finn says it happened to him during the primary, and now thousands of voters in Tulare County are experiencing the same problem ahead of the midterms. According to the Los Angeles Times, 7,791 voters received duplicate ballots after a private printing vendor made a mistake. The company has accepted responsibility, and county officials say safeguards will prevent extra ballots from being counted. Meanwhile, California is locked in a separate legal battle with the Trump administration over roughly 20,000 ballots the federal government says belong to noncitizens.

Two ballots for one voter? This deserves a clear explanation. Voters need transparency and confidence in the electoral process.
