@cbsnews: President Trump said he spoke with U.S. citizen Stephen Hubbard on Wednesday after the 74-year-old was released from Russian custody, telling reporters Hubbard is "the happiest man around." "This was very surprising to him, but I did it," Trump said. "It really took place on a phone call at the end of last week with President Putin." Hubbard was jailed in Russia for more than four years after being accused of fighting for Ukraine.
