May aswell back him now where will we go from here back to same exact place as last season we’re still early into the season with a lot of injuries and of course left short in the summer we can still try gel and pick up some points if we don’t run another manager out and begin to panic

Its because the players aint playing like a team theres to many individual personalities in the squad that Carrick as a manger needs to learn who and what bit the puzzle goes where as. Tielemans under Aston Villa was amazing one the best Midfielders in the league him and bruno can no play together there both cams same as mason mount. Mainoo Baleba and Santos are CMs or CDMs. Zirkzee is a false nine and normally with false nine you play normally with two strike combo in like a 442. Amad was amazing under Amorim is a False Wingback he players better behind a winger as a wingback so he can cut in. our Defence needs loads of work best two are Yoro and when health De Ligt and if played right Martinez is class. but Maquire Shaw Mazaroui and Dalot just need moving on there been around to long and we need fresh start. we have a good squad just not been playing them right. Fernandes too his a cam he has no reason to play out wide Carrick has to many players that need to learn to play as a team.

If I’m being real carrick had no real tactic or play which I saw. With Amorim even tho he wasn’t winning you could see what he was doing he was tryna rebuild but now it’s like we only look for short term solutions and that’s gonna be our long term down fall

Ex players used to be scared of Sir Alex. Carrick is a good guy but the players don’t respect him. Think we’d have the same issue if Eddie Howe came in. Team needs kicking into place. Tame managers won’t do that
