2 young adult kids. I pray everyday for their health and safety. When they moved out (got an apt together) it was the worst day of my life. I would never tell them or show them my heartbreak but even though I cry every night I’m incredibly proud of the adults they have become. They have great careers. Make good money. Lease their own apartment. Their foundation will never crumble. What theyve built at a young age is impressive and I’m truly blessed. Mom title shifts many times and my home is completely empty. Quiet. Sad. I know I’ll get through this but for now I’ll sit in these feelings and ride them out

Being a Mother of grown children is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. What they do is none of my business. Their choices is none of my business. I can’t fix their mistakes. All I can do is pray for them and give advice if they ask. I tried it the other way. By forcing my opinions picking them up trying to fix them. It’s their life their choices.
