@cbsnewstexas: One person was rescued, and another was injured after an early morning fire at a Plano apartment that, officials say, was possibly set intentionally. Travon Tamar Andrews has been taken into custody and two arson charges: arson causing bodily injury or death, and arson intended to damage a habitat or place of worship.
