We live in a 2023 single wide. Built the 2400 square foot shop in 2022. We lived in a camper, built the shop first and then moved the mobile home in.

Kelly vs The Box Jump: The Rematch It was chaotic. It was hesitant. It was a bit funny . She’s back. And she brought like 15-20% more confidence with her. Look, the first time was a WIN. She did the thing But let’s be real, there was internal negotiation. There was visible fear. There was A LOT of commentary. She got it done, but it looked like she was defusing a bomb while wearing skis Same box. Same wife. Slightly different vibe. She’s still not THRILLED about it But watch what happens when you don’t avoid the hard stuff: Before: “I hate this. I’m doing it. But I hate it.” Now: “I still don’t love this. But I got this.” It may not look like it but THAT’S progressive overload. Not every training session needs to be a dramatic transformation. Sometimes progress looks like: • More confidence in your movement. • Being More explosive through the movement • Less time spent negotiating with yourself You don’t master hard things by doing them once and moving on. You master them by coming back. Again. And again. Until your body stops treating it like a mother in a life-or-death situation. Repetition → Familiarity → Confidence → Mastery You can’t skip steps. You can’t avoid the thing that’s hard and expect your body to magically get better at it. The first time? Pure survival. Now? Still challenging, but your nervous system remembers you survived. The fear shrinks. The execution improves. The first box jump was about proving she COULD do it. This one is about proving she’s BETTER at it. 15-20% better still counts. Keep showing up.
