Bondsman here. If he is out on bond and commenting or contacting you directly or through a third party, he is also in violation of his bond conditions and the DA can file a motion to revoke his bond, put him back in jail, and request the judge give him a cash only (non surety) bond.

proud of the effort you are putting in. I only started following you in the last couple weeks....and it brings a tear to my eyes to see you fighting for your daughter like this. I was adopted into the Mennonites (think Amish but not quite as strict) anyway I was SA aroun 7 yrs old, by a foster "brother" and the church did nothing it was all hush hush. then I ran away from home at 18 because the pain was to great for me. till that time I was told that to much time had passed and nothing would be done. so to see a mother fighting for her child....keep it up!!! sending prayers for you and your daughter ❤️
