Hmm maybe it could be a stiff neck or the muscles around ur neck and head are super tight. Since u said u went to the emergency and they found nothing serious it’s probably not super serious. But with head related stuff it’s always best to take it serious juts incase. Do I say maybe see a doctor as soon as I can so u can know what’s up

I had the exact same thing recently, I mean I sorta ignored it and it went way. I think I just had a stiff neck and the muscles were contracted on the back of my head making me have a headache. Obviously take that with a grain of salt everyone is different
