ok but objectively untrue to say they didn’t like each other 😭 sure they might’ve had a falling out but they absolutely were VERY very close in the past. you’re combating an extreme with another extreme, and you’re always assuming they hate each other. yeah maybe they do or maybe they don’t, it really doesn’t matter one way or another

It has happened with other groups as well, we later find out the the did not like each other or had huge differences, it is normal to have problems with one another when you work with each other for so long. I also think that the relationship between Evan/ Heeseung and the others changed over time. Evan was ready to move on. I feel he was not feeling been part of group was his vibe anymore. For a long time before he left you could see he wasn’t interested in been very active on the lives and other activities, I believe he just grew out of it.

I am always pleasantly surprised when the members seem to enjoy each other’s company. And I find it way more endearing when idols are honest about getting on each other’s nerves - the groups who have a healthy coworker/teammate mindset tend to be the groups who last.

Fans don’t seem to grasp the ‘coworker’ concept AT ALL. They even use their members liking each other as some sort of superiority thing. It’s weird, but I’ve also noticed it in American media with movie or tv show costars. Do you think it’s the whole kpop concept of ‘the perfect person’ and because they’re perfect, their relationship with each other is perfect too?

I think also that the members + Evan understand to some degree how parasocialism helps with the way they get to navigate the industry. If they dont want fans to know your business, don't say anything but every other event one person is saying something that can be insinuated. They don't seem to want those boundaries to hold, we shouldn't be in their business and they should stop speaking about prior relationships knowing insinuations can be made.

i almost hope they have their own lives and relationships and dynamics that we don’t know anything about behind the scenes. they give us access to sooo much of their time. they’re on camera so often. it’s okay for them to have something that is just their own. everyone has a right to privacy
