what are we arguing about? they were told to stop the car and continued driving towards them. I doubt that the police saw a 3yr old and just began shooting only at the baby. the baby was on the lap of the person sitting in the passenger seat, last time I checked toddlers don't get to ride in the passenger seat. they're not even worried about the babys safety in the first place. it's truly unfortunate what happened
