My dad goes overseas yearly for vacations but hasnt come see me or my kids in 10 years. Doesn’t even send them a birthday gift. I feel bad my kids don’t get to have a grandparent relationship bc my mom died and no one is present for them.

My dad is a boomer and when he passed away, he left nothing for us. They are so entitled and always talking about them. Same goes for my mom, who also a boomer and both of them are never interested to participate in my kids. They are never going to look after them. Now I have nothing. I cut my ties.
