This is so true at our hospital. I love doing the work. I hate putting in the tickets. I hate telling someone who’s stressed because something doesn’t work right that they have to put in a ticket. I hate writing out all the details of what’s wrong so that somebody that’s not involved can approve whether it needs to be fixed or not

I have a coworker who could do things without being told what to do. Know we are told what to do and no one can make changes without collaboration and permission to do things. Totally exhausting and now I am loosing my motivation.

I write SOPs…I am supposed to have them approved by management before publishcation…that would take WEEKS and multiple follow ups..so I stopped waiting and just started publishing and telling mgmt…now I love it when they ask if their SOP is finished 🙄🙄 like…READ YOUR G*D MESSAGES!!!
