I remember having to do this. Mine was a 1 or 2 and on top of that I have horrible veins fast forward to today and I have been anemia free for 2 years now I believe and feel soooo freaking good. You got this boo.

Stick with it friend you got this!!💕 I too was on this same low iron journey for a longggg time, and started having lingering side effects. I had many iron infusions, endoscopy, colonoscopy for the first time and finally my hematologist checked my B12 which revealed that I also have pernicious anemia!! Next I started getting b12 injections over a year ago and now do them myself at home and not only do I feel great BUT all my iron, hemoglobin, b12 levels are all great!! I’m grateful for my doctor and even more grateful to god!!🙏🏽

I went through this for soo long. The iron pills, iron infusion, blood transfusion, drinking beet juice you name it. Then March of this year I had the big girl surgery & I feel so much better! I can now climb a flight of stairs without being short winded!
