After trying quite a few spots in NYC, @New Kam Hing Bakery’s sponge cake is hands down my favorite. I love stopping by whenever I’m in Chinatown to see what daily specials they have👀I go so often that sometimes they even give me one or two cakes on the house🥹 ✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ 🥞 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 $1.25, 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙙 $1.50 I’ve tried every flavor on their regular menu and a few of their specials, but nothing beats the original, especially fresh out of the oven🤤 Their sponge cakes are like a fluffy cloud, with a soft bounce and egg flavor.
