@tamaraskripchenko: If we took the soulmate idea to its logical conclusion, we would end up in a place where divorce would be “following God’s will”. #theology #christianmarriage #biblicalmarriage #bible #jesus
soulmates don't exist. love is an action. marriage is a commitment. that stupid little feeling you think is so special you could theoretically have with anyone

Soulmates are real(my wife is my Ezer K’enegdo). This video is a case of overthinking to the point that you’ve drawn false conclusions.

I don’t believe God would fashion Eve for Adam, author circumstance and our good from on high, and just leave a spouse to chance. He certainly has someone for us, and that one could be completely opposite of easy or easy to love. Our choice is simply to see that to completion regardless of obstacles.

Thank you for creating this. It's a question I've struggled with over time and this explanation makes 100% sense because God does not go against his word.

Soulmates are biblical only when you commit to your spouse. That’s your soulmate. It’s not someone you missed out on marrying, it’s a commitment to that person that makes them your soulMATE. You become one flesh. If perhaps you married outside of God’s will God will turn bad things to good for the one who loves him.. if you marry an abuser and the marriage dissolves then your next husband is you soulmate.. but it’s never something you should stop and question if you chose right or maybe it’s the other guy once you’re married. God does not bless such unions.

Eh, I mean he is omnipresent. You’re poor choice to begin with he could already know is going to end from adultry and lead you to your soulmate. Also regardless if divorce is a “sin” we will all sin but if that “sin” leads you closer to God then sometimes I may be necessary. You cannot lose your salvation by sin, we were born into sin and will always fall short.
