Perfect as a light main dish or a tasty side. 🧺 Ingredients: • 1 large cauliflower • 3 tablespoons olive oil • 2 cloves garlic, minced • Salt to taste • Black pepper to taste • Paprika (optional) • Grated cheese (optional) • Fresh parsley for garnish 👩‍🍳 Instructions: Cut the cauliflower into thick slices, forming “steaks.” Be careful not to break them. Boil briefly in salted water for about 5 minutes, just until slightly tender. Drain well. Place the slices on a greased baking tray. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Brush over the cauliflower. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through. If desired, add grated cheese and return to the oven until golden.
