I really don’t understand why everyone screams bias every time Reddington loses a motion. Has anyone considered that maybe these were legal long shots to begin with? Reddington already took the juror issue to Massachusetts highest court, where a Supreme Judicial Court justice denied his emergency petition. That wasn’t Sullivan! Now Sullivan has denied a separate request to investigate the juror. Jury deliberations are protected for a reason. I suspect most judges would have ruled similarly. Just because Reddington files a motion doesn’t mean it has legal merit and just because a judge rules against him doesn’t make him biased! I wish more people understood the legal precedents judges are bound to follow.
