In fairness, the judge told them to request fees in his sanctions order. He also forwarded his decision to the state bar. The violations were substantial. He used fake quotes. The judge will reduce it but he said the court alone had to spend a dozen hours on it.

Rich people are used to throwing money around to get their way & I think that’s what AG is doing. She’s basically saying “I’m going to sue you into oblivion if you don’t back off.” It’s definitely not a good look for AG. I guess she doesn’t care about how it makes her look 🤷♀️
