I was gaining weight even eating in a calorie deficit. Turns out I had a metabolic problem! I did mounjaro for about 9 months and it was amazing for me! But I have heard that if something affects your mother it will probably affect you the same way. I have found that to be true because my mom and I have almost the exact same reactions to medications. There could be a glp1 that would be right, but it’s definitely not a decision to take lightly because you do have to put in work to keep your muscles strong. It’s hard, but for me personally it was so worth it.
