Nebula could’ve destroyed the wrist wat- THIS ALL HAPPENED BECAUSE NEBULA WAS BEING A BUM BTW!!! They could’ve gone back in time to ambush thanos on the farm before he destroyed all of the stones and return them later. Captain marvel could’ve used the gauntlet. Hulk could’ve wished for a perfect universe without suffering with everyone who was alive before the snap present in it. Hulk could’ve wished for the same thing he did and thor could’ve wished for no future villains right after. THERES SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!

As for F.R.I.D.A.Y.’s line, she said “I ran a quintillion simulations that day and still couldn’t save him.” The key words are “that day.” There were actions that could’ve been made during Infinity War that could’ve made a difference, but they didn’t happen. During the time heist, mistakes were made that could’ve resulted in a victory without Tony’s death. But as soon as Thanos landed on earth in Endgame, it locked in on the timeline where Tony died because of everything that did and didn’t happen before
