me and my gf are intj and infj and arguing is impressive because we're both so good at. but when we look for a problem together we both can name allll the things that could be part of why and how something happenned. We have to stop the overthinking and the over communicating about things vs doing the actual effort or change 😂

as an infj this is pretty spot on. I like to optimize my plan to as perfect as I can get it before attempting it not because I want to avoid work, but because working out the problems in my mind beforehand is easier and less frustrating for me.

My advice to you is to study more about Ni dominance. It is not an intuition from the gut. It is a very different thing. The thought room where every information gets connect for a bigger picture. It feels like knowledge suddenly appears from nowhere. Our Ti tertiary stops us from telling fantasies, it checks if our generated knowledge has substance.
