@struggle_hard: Another part of my complaint to HR was my leader abusive tone and body language. This often involved her standing over me, finger shaking, raised voice and calling me a liar. Interesting that where I worked was voted a “great place to work” but we allow this behavior. But also, maybe we just allow it to be done to leaders, because I KNOW they would have never allowed it from me to my team members. #mystory #nursingtrauma #hostile

I had this happen and it was the business owner. Over an EMAIL that was in my junk. She said I was lying. That was it for me. I promptly gave her my two week notice (which ended up being two month because I was in a management role and had to train people to do my job). Haha. But best decision ever. You aren’t calling me a liar and then expecting me to work for you. The day I walked out the door I had the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders. Hope this gets resolved for you
