I agree but I do have to remind myself that this is a different type of dance than what they've done in previous weeks. I do feel though like I was actually watching Alan dance with Jenna and not Jenna dance with Val. iykwim. Like Jenna was the star of the show like she's supposed to be and Alan was just there making her look good instead of Val making sure Val looks good.

He made her seem softer, I think her and Val are both too much and it almost competes but with Alan it sort of balanced it. I think this issue was an ego hit to both of them too so I’m sure that helped
