I also had this happen w the same medication. I chose to live w it since it worked so well for me otherwise. But I totally understand the frustration with it. ❤️Some days I have the rash a lot and some days it’s not too bad. Thank you for sharing your experience!💖💖💖 sadly it’s a side effect ☹️

idk if you are on a steroid but that happened to me as I tapered off of it and came off of it, then it got better

Yess but Promise it gets better! If it’s the same medicine I’m on it made me break out buutttttt it went away and I’m on week 6 and i feel so much better not at my 100% but at least I can get up without so much pain anymore 🙌

You can have your rhuemotologist prescribe ketoconazole shampoo for your scalp. I had the same sensation it definitely helps. Also I was told to use it on my face when I had more of a rash reaction, it also completely took it away. Maybe ask your rhuemotologist if they could prescribe something for the acne if overall youve had a good response to you new medication.

When I first went full fledged RA, I had bad acne I don't think it was med related it just was how my body showed extra inflammation. It has gotten so much better while I am treated for longer on my meds. Like that first summer was roughhhh but a few months in it got better 🤷♀️

i have ra and sclerederma.im on remicaid.i had to buy pimple patches n my face is bright red.i been on all the meds.i feel your pain.i had to stop working im a hot mess.7 years now
