I don’t get the hate, it’s a prequel so it’s very logical that Demet doesn’t take part as she gets introduced in the first episode of Eşref Rüya. I do think tho we need Yakup Baba. That is the 1 must for this prequel as they clearly emphasised his importance throughout the show so it would be very weird to not see him in Eşref’s rise and the same goes for Cemil abi. İt was said that they knew them from a very young age so it would be weird if they didn’t feature in the prequel.

It would be so interesting to see how they make Eşref look younger, or if they bring in a younger actor! 😍 We want to see young Eşref with that Sarp look from İçerde! 🔥 Çağatay in his İçerde days was something else! ❤️

i disagree with what you said about season 2 and lovey dovey drama being the forefront when esref ruya was essentially sold as a mafia romance focusing heavily on his childhood love. they made the reveal about nissan being his childhood love unnecessary and that's why the show fell off. overall the best Turkish show to come out in recent years !! 🙌🏻 The heart Truly only loves once !!

I actually like the 2 hour films 40 mins is a bit short but at the same time it’s a prequel

I disagree with you! From episodes 1 to 22, it was an amazing production, but as it went on, the script began to change. Instead of fixing it, they made it three times worse. If you watched the first episode, the narrator mentions that people used to talk—by word of mouth—about Eshref’s one true love. Bringing it back now to focus solely on him is a huge mistake, especially since he himself had refused to continue with a third season of *Eshref Ruya*. Who would even tune in to watch his younger years now that the series has already concluded?

idk how I feel about it because what about Faruk, Müslüm and Gürdal he met them in prison didn't he? So they were a massive part of why he became as powerful as he was and I doubt those actors are coming back.
