the table set up is so beautiful too, how disappointing. the service issues you experienced are not ones that are difficult to resolve either. working in hospitality, it’s basic standard to bring fresh glassware for new drinks. also, $600 for 4 people is absurd for the amount of issues you experienced. yes the experience is unique, that being said, it should be living up to its presentation and price point. they should have given you some sort of compensation for the missing tumbler as well
