@vagevictorious: 19 years! 🥹 It's been 19 years since my last Howard Homecoming, and it was exactly what I needed. This weekend refreshed me, lifted me up, and reminded me of the greatness I come from. I got love from every generation: the young ones, the older alumni, and the people I graduated with. There's an unspoken sisterhood and brotherhood among Howard alumni. We have each other's backs, and it's all love. ❤️💙 Then I watched my brother perform, and seeing him on that stage brought me to tears. I thought about him as a baby, as a kid, and as a teenager. Now I get to see him as the true rock star he is, connecting with the crowd right here in DC. He even added some go-go influence to his song "Bad Habit," and it was FIRE! 🔥 I couldn't be prouder. 🎸 Two birds, one weekend, all blessings. My heart is full, and a piece of it will always be in DC, home of the Mecca. HU! YOU KNOW! 🦬 #HowardHomecoming #HUYouKnow #TheMecca #HowardAlum #Proudsister
