I just recently learned what happened to my dad as a kid. It made me even more mad because how could he turn around and do the same thing to me. He stayed mad at the world his entire life. I don't want that for myself

the things is, i understand that he hurt too. that he went thru things he shouldn’t have had to experience as a child, but it doesn’t excuse the way he treated me. HE chose to have me.
