Even if a prolife activist is inconsistent about IVF, that inconsistency does not determine whether abortion is morally permissible. Also Abortion is substantially more common than IVF in the United States

A lot of embryos are “discarded” naturally every month when they don’t implant in the uterus, they get released with the women’s period. Most people (usually men) don’t know this
