Our boy had lymphoma. I got 5 weeks on the steroids. He woke up at 3 pm after a nap & just said "I'm done." My soul has never been spoken to but he did in that moment".

Take family pictures with him. We knew we had a week left with our baby and I asked people what they wish they did and one person told me family pictures. (I hadn’t thought of that because we had had some done 2 years prior). So we did. And I will treasure them forever!

I recommend being at home when it's time as well. I didn't want my baby's last moments being scared at the vets (she hated it there) and surrounded by cold cement. I'm so sorry for you and Trance.... he looks like an amazing boy 🥰

Enjoy the month with your best friend. And when the time comes get them to come to your house instead of driving him to the Vets. It’s less stressful and it cost like 250. Well in Pittsburgh back in 2023 it was the price. God bless him
