I did something similar - but its a cron job that emails me and pushalert if its finds these signatures in whole server log every 5 mins. and i cloudflare is helping blocks at the waf level

To be honest there is a lot of general scanning traffic trying to open reverse shells all the time, across clients I protect probably at least 200k junk requests a day

from my experience, malicious bots, mostly non ai powered have been doing automated vulnerability search to servers since at least a decade
