I made this video because I relate to some of these patterns myself, but that doesn’t mean I have a disorder. Please don’t self-diagnose based on a TikTok slideshow. Relating to certain behaviors doesn’t automatically mean you have BPD, NPD, or any other disorder. These behaviors can have different causes, and sometimes they’re just part of being human. Also, please stop judging people for relating to the slides. Just because you don’t relate doesn’t mean others can’t. Having contradictory feelings doesn’t automatically make you a hypocrite, either. If these patterns genuinely affect you or your relationships, talking to a therapist could help you understand them better.
