I hit a pole at a gas station one of those poles that protect the building. It was too short and I didn’t see it. It bent the door and the section around the door. And I was on the last leg of the trip to my campground. I had to extend my stay in California to get it fixed. Awful I know how you feel.

I’d give them a couple hundred dollars towards getting it fixed, or bring them flowers and wine, a gift card to a nearby restaurant, something like that to show appreciation for their kindness
