If you don’t want to get pregnant, you can still take prenatal vitamins! Just make sure to check your blood levels to see if you’re deficient in any vitamins or minerals, especially vitamin D, ferritin, and iron. I’ve never been pregnant, and my hair grows fast, which I personally attribute to taking vitamins and keeping up with my hair care. Good luckkk 😁💕
