Things that my insurance had deemed medically unnecessary in the last 12 months. 1. A different chemo drug because I was in fact allergic to the less expensive one 2. 4 days in the hospital because I had a seizure that made me unconscious for 3 days. Because apparently my family could have cared for me better at home. 3. The ambulance ride to the hospital after the seizure that I had in a store. Because insurance is clearly working so well for us now

I’m in the business side of healthcare and it is FACT that Medicare for All would cost LESS- even if you factor in a higher tax rate. We’ve done the math, folks- it would be cheaper for ALL. The only people who lose are the shareholders at the health insurance, DME, Parmaceutucal, and medical technology companies. Why do people think the insurance companies are all getting into the Medicare Andvantage and Medicaid Advantage business since Obama was President? They have created systems so they can stay in business if Medicare for all becomes a thing. So they can he administrators if Medicare goes through. They are doing it now- but they make a lot of money at it. They get a set amount from Medicare and Medicaid - whether they spend it or not. I could go on and on, but I can’t convince people with facts and experience in the industry apparently🤷🏻‍♀️

My dr won’t even see me anymore. They ran some tests that the ins co later denied. The doctor refused to allow a payment plan and wanted payment in full. Which I did not have. So they got nothing. Our healthcare is BROKEN.

I pay over 300 a paycheck for insurance that has a 12k deductible until they pay anything. I can’t even afford to go to the doctor for myself and only pay for my children. I pray that me or my children have a medical emergency. So please tell me how am I going to get an extra 12k a year and still pay my mortgage, taxes, utilities, and food and gas, car payment, car insurance, etc.
