These Crispy Potato Sticks Are Better Than French Fries! 🤯🔥 🥔 Crispy Potato Sticks with Cheese Ingredients: * Potatoes — 500 g * Cornstarch — 2 tbsp * Salt — to taste * Paprika — to taste * Mixed pepper — to taste * Black pepper — to taste * Cheese — for the filling * Eggs — 2 * Milk — a little * Flour — for coating * Breadcrumbs — for coating * Vegetable oil — for frying Instructions: 1. Peel the potatoes, boil them until tender, and drain the water. Mash the potatoes until smooth and free of lumps. 2. Add the cornstarch, salt, paprika, mixed pepper, and black pepper. Mix everything well until combined. 3. Take a portion of the potato mixture and flatten it into a small patty. Place a piece of cheese in the center, carefully seal the filling inside, and shape it into an oval stick. 4. In a separate bowl, beat the 2 eggs with a little milk and a pinch of salt. Mix well. 5. Coat each potato stick first in flour, then dip it into the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. 6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the potato sticks on all sides until golden brown and crispy. 7. Place the cooked sticks on paper towels to remove excess oil.
