Depop refunded a buyer for a house of CB dress I sold. The dress had only been worn to try on and was in perfect condition when I shipped it off. She kept the dress for 5 days (and over Valentine’s Day weekend) and shipped it back to me with mysterious stains all over it🙃

Video. ALWAYS video if it’s over $100. The USPS covers lost and stolen if 100 or less. Always tell the buyer “Hey! I just sent your package. Packed all nice and secure and I have VIDEO EVIDENCE of me packing the box, and dropping it off to the post office. I have also sent it with SIGNATURE REQUIRED for pick up. Can’t wait for you to get it! :) “ cover your bases, friend!
