I found your part 1 two days ago after I asked my manager for a 1:1 with her and our senior manger. I just saw part 2 now that I have a meeting scheduled at 12:30 to discuss with them how I’m burnt out - mainly due to the environment. I have business ideas but have always been hesitant to advocate for myself. Both readings have been spot on.

Oh my boss knows. LOL. They were told by one of the members in my team. They know that I don’t feel comfortable there. Yes, natural leader, I love to step up when needed. That’s my exact mentality. I know there’s better opportunities there. I’m grateful for what I got out of there, but I dread going to work.
