@manilabulletin: SUPER TYPHOON 'ROSAL' FURTHER WEAKENS AS IT MOVES OVER EAST OF BATANES The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Thursday, Oct. 22, that Super Typhoon "Rosal" (international name: Champi) continues to weaken as it moves northwestward over the Philippine Sea, east of Batanes.
