Driving Test Tomorrow? Do These 3 Things Tonight 🚗🤞 If your driving test is tomorrow, your preparation is pretty much done. Tonight isn’t the time to cram. It’s time to get yourself ready to give the best drive you can tomorrow. 1️⃣ Get EVERYTHING ready tonight. Your provisional licence, clothes, comfortable shoes, glasses if you need them, anything you’re taking with you. Put it all somewhere ready. The less you have to think about tomorrow morning, the better. 2️⃣ Look back at how far you’ve come. Think about your first few driving lessons compared with what you can do now. Roundabouts. Junctions. Manoeuvres. Independent driving. Making decisions. Dealing with things that don’t go perfectly. You’ve learned an enormous amount to get here. And now your instructor is telling you that you’re test ready. Take the compliment !! You’re not going tomorrow to learn how to drive. You’re going to demonstrate the driving you’ve already been doing in your lessons. 3️⃣ Now STOP thinking about the test. No doom-scrolling driving test videos. No searching for things that could go wrong. No trying to learn one last thing at 11pm. Eat something decent. Get comfortable. Maybe take a gentle walk if you’ve got some nervous energy. Do something you enjoy and give yourself the best chance of a good night’s sleep. Tomorrow doesn’t require a perfect version of you. It just needs you to turn up rested, prepared and ready to show the examiner the safe driver you’ve already become. Tonight, your job isn’t to get any more test ready.
