It’s the fact most kids went thru this eating habit problem I even did then went into highschool n had too loose all that weight that was my biggest downfall 💯but yes they teaching her her health is more important than suffocating on food which has a lot of risk problems for her age so yes they tryna fix that health problem before it get worse to the point they can’t help 💯so they doing good

All of their diets are awful. Cut out sugary beverages and drink only water. Just change that for now. Then, make the activities fun. If she's been sedentary all this time, just walking is going to be boring. Teach her to ride a bike, get passes to a trampoline park, take her to the playground, get her in dance, swimming, SOMETHING!!
