The couple said "I do" at Disney World in 2022, and soon after, they started trying for a baby. When months turned into years, they turned to fertility treatments with doctors in Nashville. Then in December 2025, Marissa shared that they had lost a pregnancy. "I'm not ready to set this dream down. Not now, not ever," she wrote. A few months later, they were back at Disney World, sharing that their "little man" was due in October. He arrived in early October, with a name that honors both his daddy and his Grandma Reba. Marissa never set that dream down.
