i have the same fk7 sport and you nailed it! love all those features, especially the cup holders. one thing i cant stand tho is the rev hang with the manual ☹️

I'm an old head who likes to do things myself I've got the fk7 (UK spec) and I've literally turned off brake hold eco mode auto full beams auto headlight washer favourite feature (if I can call it that) is the oil and petrol gauges. love that retro futuristic style look they have worst feature is imo is the rain sponsor for the wipers, it's awful. seems to randomly decide what it wants to do. half the time it's fast wiping when it's not heavy rain. or slow wiping when it's heavy rain.
