I have a two year-old there must be something in the air. I was up all night. When I have to get up at 3:30 to go to work. That’s not fun! Us single mamas do it all!!! You are doing great mama! 💜

My three-year-old stopped sleeping through the night around age one. She’s getting assessed for autism. Potential ADHD. I just started her on Ella. Ola supplements that are supposed to help with sleep hopefully. Anyways, it doesn’t hurt to look into if you have not already. I’m sorry I know how much it sucks like last night. She was up till 4 AM. Today I took her to the play place for two hours. It’s 11 PM. She hasn’t had a nap and she’s wide awake.

I saw a post the other day that said, “I’m so blessed” and “this is hard” can exist at the same time. And it’s so true! I was a single mom of 2 girls and it was never easy, and the days and nights were so very long..but I blinked and now they’re practically grown. There will always be trials when it comes to the other parent not stepping up, but I promise when she’s grown, she will see you for all you’ve done and it will heal every part of you that feels heavy now. I feel you. I see you. 🫶🏼🤍
