it’s interesting cause i don’t really “judge” other people resting; if anything, i sort of look up to them because it means they feel safe enough to do that. i want to have a life where i can do that; why wouldn’t i?.. and it doesn’t “equal” laziness - what if i just reciperate and restore energy for the things i do in general?.. with me on the other hand, i am still unlearning this: being okay with “appearing” restful in front of one of my parents in particular is something i am still learning.

I was no allowed to feel sad. it meant i am bored and i jeeded to " get up and do something " resting was a sign of laziness. women who took care of themselves were selfish, bad people. yes i am in therapy
