No offense at all but this looks absolutely disgusting! Not sure where you are from but I’m from South Eastern NC where we have good delicious country chicken salad and it’s definitely not made like this. But I do hope you enjoy yours! 😉

I would definitely put the Chicken into the fridge to cool it down first bc when you added the cold Onions to the warm Chicken, it created some Steam on the Video ... 😯🫤

My husband is from Muskogee and we live in Okmulgee. There is a cafe here called Kirby’s Cafe and their chicken salad is famous here, it has a sweetness to it that makes it different than anyone else’s. I am trying your recipe, oh yea!

I have a nephew that does not like celery. So instead of celery you can put some chopped Granny Smith apple instead of celery. It is a crunch for a crunch. 😁
