Yes exactly: dealing with an abuser makes you face all your weaknesses and weak spots and all the deficits in your childhood and family tree. Yes I chose the guy I married when I was 18 and he ruined my life.

Every ab*sive person in my life taught me everything I needed to look out for. Especially my ex while I was going through liver failure. I learned so much in the past few years and even though I wish I didn't have to go through it all, I wouldn't be who I am today. Life works in the wildest ways lol
