@dapurmamaacad: SEMUR JENGKOL PEDAS MANIS MEDOK 😋🔥 Siapa yang nggak bisa nolak kalau disodorin semur jengkol yang bumbunya kental dan meresap kayak gini? 🤤 Bumbunya medok banget, pedas manisnya pas, apalagi dimakan pakai nasi hangat. Duh, asenye nampol bgt kk! 🤭 Bahan-bahan: Jengkol secukupnya (sudah direbus empuk) Air secukupnya Gula jawa secukupnya Kecap manis secukupnya Garam & kaldu bubuk sesuai selera Bumbu Halus: Cabai merah & cabai rawit (pedas sesuai selera) Bawang merah & bawang putih Jahe & sedikit kunyit Ketumbar bubuk & sedikit lada Cara Memasak: Tumis bumbu halus sampai benar-benar harum dan matang. Masukkan air secukupnya (jangan terlalu banyak ya Bun, cukup untuk mematangkan dan meresapkan bumbu saja). Masukkan perbumbuan sesuai selera: gula jawa, kecap manis, garam, dan kaldu. Aduk rata. Setelah air mendidih, masukkan jengkol yang sudah direbus. Masak terus sampai air menyusut dan bumbu mengental meresap ke jengkolnya. Siap disajikan!
